Listening Skills It is impossible to begin to learn that which one thinks one already knows. This is the first hurdle that one encounters when learning. The fundamental understanding required for undergoing training or any learning is the importance of listening skills. We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak. Everyone has a ‘comfort zone’. And unless one is willing to risk getting out of this comfort zone and wanting, willing to learn, it is really going to be difficult to ‘achieve success’.
