Soft Skills Training For Companies and Corporate
Vijay and Ajay are two woodcutters. They work together in the forest. Vijay works very hard, and takes few breaks, working steadily all day. Ajay, however, seems to take many more breaks, at least one every hour. Thus, Vijay would have cut down many more trees by the end of the day.

But, when they quit for the day, Vijay finds, to his surprise, that Ajay has done more, despite taking all those breaks. In his frustration, Vijay wonders out loud how Ajay did it.

Ajay, could not help but hear the Vijay's question, and replies, 'Yes, I take many more breaks, but every time I take one, I
sharpen my axe.'
